Before becoming a flight attendant, my expectations of the job was only limited to serving food and beverages to passengers on board. However, I was wrong. Being a flight attendant is challenging, but in a fun way. You will be serving people of different ethnicity and background, and their expectations varies greatly, but no matter what their expectations are, we make sure they have a fun and memorable experience.

The reason that made me so passionate about what I do, is that I love listening to the stories that the cabin crew or the passengers share. Sometimes they also listen to mine and sometimes these stories can inspire, motivate or bring positive energy. It's simply amazing and definitely not what I expected in the first place.
People say smiles bring happiness to others and yourself. I believe it's true. I take great pride in providing a wonderful journey for my passengers especially when a passenger tells me I made their day.
Flying may seem like a glamourous job but there are downsides to it too. Depending on our schedule, we might not be able to celebrate certain special occasions like Christmas or New Year with our family, friends or beloved one.
